This Privacy Policy explains how Mercan Event Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our website mercaneventstudio.com (the "Website") and our Pinterest integration (the "App"). We sell digital wedding stationery through our Etsy shop, MercanEventStudio.

1. Information we collect on the Website

The Website is an informational site. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no checkout, and we do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

• Technical data: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse.
• Fonts: the Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
• Emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message and use them only to reply to you.

2. Purchases on Etsy

All orders are placed and paid for on Etsy. Payment and order information is collected and processed by Etsy under the Etsy Privacy Policy. We only see the order details Etsy shares with sellers, and we use them solely to fulfil your order and provide customer support.

3. Pinterest integration

We use the Pinterest API only to create, schedule and manage Pins and boards on our own business account (@mercanjoyprints) and to view analytics for our own Pins.

• The App is used internally by Mercan Event Studio. It does not offer sign-in to other Pinterest users.
• We do not collect, store or share personal data of other Pinterest users.
• Access tokens for our own account are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
• Data received through the Pinterest API is used only to manage our own content and is handled in line with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the Website, respond to messages, fulfil Etsy orders and manage our own social media content. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run our business (Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Etsy, Pinterest) or when required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep emails and order-related correspondence only as long as needed to support you or to meet legal and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

The Website and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
